Nkwanta North residents to Mahama – Construct roads in our area

President John Dramani MahamaResidents of Kpassa in the Nkwanta North Constituency, Volta region have called on President John Dramani Mahama and his government to fix the roads in their area otherwise they will vote against NDC in the upcoming elections 2016.
According to the residents of region, they have tried several times to get government and ask them to construct roads properly but their all tries went in
vein. They claimed that government has never listens to their problems but now if NDC is not going to fix their roads before December elections then they will give vote to the leader of opposition NPP, Nana Addo.

The paramount chief of the region, Ubor Tasan Gonja VI asked government to fix the roards as soon as possible; he was speaking with chiefs and residents of the area before the speech of President Mahama.
The paramount chief was discussing the matter of main 25km Nkwanta -Kpassa road which is in terrible condition, and told government that his people will vote massively for the ruling party in the coming elections if all promises would get fulfilled.
He said, ‘We have several problems and we want to put all of them in front of you. First of all is the construction of 25 kilometers Kpassa stretch on the Eastern corridor roads, this challenge has turned out to be all the more distressing particularly when Dedo Pepeso to Nkwanta extends has been finished and the Daamongo to Bimbilla stretch is likewise being taken a shot at.’
